About Early Learning Partners

At Early Learning Partners, we believe in partnering with parents and professionals to support both the child and family from the earliest stages of development.

Early Learning Partners is a therapist owned early intervention company. Owners Ellen Nightingale (speech-language pathologist) and Rachel Price (occupational therapist) bring a combined 30 years of clinical experience and passion for serving children 0 – 3 years old. ELP serves families in Ventura County in a home-based family training model of support. Ellen and Rachel founded ELP because they believe highly trained therapists in early intervention are crucial for the continued growth of their profession. As the founders of ELP, they are committed to growing a team of compassionate and skilled therapists who value innovation and learning to better serve young children and their families.

TESTIMONIALS

Group play in such a calm environment is very helpful for my child. Group snack was very fun for him and he interacted and spoke more than usual. This place is wonderful!”

I learned how to interact with my son and how to lead the conversation with him. The communication reinforces what we are trying to teach him.”

“The kids can learn how to interact with each other in an environment with other parents who understand the kids are all special needs. It feels less judgmental than on a playground.
